Pegasus received a virtual world premiere during the 2021 ISB Virtual Convention. It was commissioned on behalf of and dedicated to all the volunteers who have made every ISB Convention possible, but especially those who have worked year after year in the show office, meeting every challenge with a smile and resourcefulness. Award-winning composer Andrés Martin writes “Through this happy, heroic milonga the spirt of this vast team has been captured perfectly. May this piece bring a smile of hope and gratitude to all.” Proceeds from the sale of this limited edition have been donated by Andres to benefit the International Society of Bassists.
